Great excitement around the Sugar Rush studio this week as we launched the new Shinty website. For those who aren’t familiar with the sport, Shinty is a National sport played around the Highlands of Scotland and beyond. Camanachd Association is the governing body of Shinty and they are delighted with the work carried out. We have provided them with a modern, easy access and instant informational website that integrates cutting edge technology with a modern design layout. Even more features throughout the website, which will ensure shinty.com is the hub for the whole sport.
Between the client and ourselves, we understood and mapped out the right functionality for the website, collecting inspiration from their member’s perspective. The creation of this new Shinty website, will also attract bigger advertising revenue for Camanachd Association which in turn will be injected back into the sport at every level. The Shinty office can access the admin system and instantly update scores, referees, naming goal scorers, announcing postponements, etc.. keeping everyone informed.
Along with the website we had been given the opportunity to re-brand the Shinty sport. This was not just only an honour, but a massive boost to the Sugar Rush profile that we could be entrusted to deliver that. Our track record has always convinced clients that we are the right design company to provide effective branding.
Sugar Rush Creative is now contracted to the Shinty website providing maintenance support and supplying a high level of creative design. We will be in regular contact with the Shinty office, drafting new concepts, which will help promote and market the sport successfully.
