In over 80 countries, CBMC International is a Global Christian Organisation, Head Quarters based in the US. Their European Chairman (Jim Johnston) based in Belfast approached Sugar Rush requesting a rebrand.
After listening to our client we discovered how important the business card meant and how it would be used as a meet and greet tool. We advised that design time should be focused only on the logo design and business card. Once the logo design had been completed, we could roll the design with confidence out to all stationery. We felt the business cards should reflect an Irish look and feel for the Chairman when traveling around the world.
Biggest challenge we had, was rebranding an existing logo established over 75 years ago. We successfully designed a logo that everyone agreed on and the US adopted the design making slight adjustments to the colour scheme to suit each individual country. Copper foil blocking, with a slight indeed finished off the business card giving the impact it deserved. The brand was embossed on both letterhead and compliment slip, printed on an Off set paper stock giving it texture.
